Free Children’s Storytelling and Illustration - Friday 1st August

You are invited to a unique storytelling experience inspired by the works of W. B. Yeats. Storyteller John Carty and illustrator Wayne O’Connor will engage the young and young at heart in a fun-filled fusion of words and images based around the mythologies found in Yeats’ poetry and prose. This Children's Storytelling event is presented by Sligo County Council Arts Service as part of the Tread Softly Festival

For children aged 7+  

Duration 45 minutes on a first come first served basis

11am-12pm in Chapters Café, Bridge Street 

12.30 -1.30pm in the Central Library, Stephen Street
