Sligo Baroque Festival

A very successful 2011 Fundraising Concert took place recently to an enthusiastic capacity audience.
Niamh Crowley and Nicola Cleary performed Bach Concerto for two Violins with Sligo Baroque Orchestra at Canis Major, Clarion Hotel on Sunday 27th March 2011. The programme also included works by Mozart, Vivaldi and Handel.
Thank you to all who attended and supported the event in any way.
The 16th Festival of Baroque Music will take place 30th Sept-2nd October 2011. We will be announcing a provisional programme soon.
The Sligo Baroque Festival is celebration of music-making from the Baroque Era not only includes performers with an established international reputation, but also young performers from Ireland, and indeed Sligo.
