The Collective Contemporary Art : RDS (CCA:RDS)

The Collective Contemporary Art : RDS (CCA:RDS) will be curated by Helen Carey, who will also participate on the selection panel, with national and international arts colleagues.  With strong curatorial input and a rigorous approach to display, the 120 selected Artists will showcase their works to a wide range of gallerists, collectors, curators and the general public.  A participation fee of €190 (plus VAT) covers a designed paper and electronic catalogue, technical expertise, curation, security and administration.

To be eligible for selection, Artists must be unrepresented by galleries exclusively, must have a track record of exhibition and have demonstrable quality in their work.  Selection will be made by a panel of national and international experts from the Arts sector.

Works may be sold from the exhibition, from which the RDS does not require any commission.  This event will take place at the same time as Art Fair 2010 benefiting from their large audience and interested public.  It is also hoped that a wider audience will be attracted.
